We cultivate relationships with local & Midwest farms to promote local economic development, reduce the carbon footprint of our operation, teach kids & parents about the benefits of farming, among other things. We also are working to become a zero-waste kitchen and use, whenever possible, compostable packaging. Our menus are as much a learning and educational experience as they are a healthy eating option.
