In the summer of 2008, we selected ZeroEnergy Design and Sustainable Construction Services, Inc as a joint Design-Build team for a renovation of 100 year old Craftsman style home in Newton MA. The project focus is to modernize the bathrooms and significantly improve the home's energy efficiency with major system updates including electrical, heating / cooling, windows, insulation and roof.
