John Bendon grew up on Maui and returned back to the islands shortly after completing his degree in Environmental Studies at CU Boulder. He is deeply committed to preserving the environment and is motivated to help eliminate poorly designed development and unnecessary energy usage in the islands. In addition to utilizing his real estate license and Eco Broker to accomplish these goals, he is also a real estate consultant and project manager who specializes in environmentally conscious projects. He can assist you with the conversion of your house into a "green" home or help you design a home that is eco-friendly. He is currently working on obtaining his LEED certification and on completing an Executive Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management.
