The Design/Build and Consultation team at Healthy Buildings USA brings to their clients more than 25 years experience in the Sustainable (“Green”) Building industry. Our personnel include LEED™ AP accredited and CGBP (Certified Green Building Professional) team members. HBUSA offers Consultation Services and Building Sustainability Assessments. We will provide you with valuable information that will help to extend the life of your building, improve the quality of the environment for the occupants, reduce utility and maintenance expenses/costs and reduce the amount of greenhouse gas generated by the building. Our Assessment services include a physical inspection, detailed testing and analysis and recommended improvements, as well as detailed reports of findings and recommendations. Healthy Buildings’ representatives will also meet with the organization’s representatives to discuss the report and answer questions about the various recommendations. HBUSA will then solicit bids, coordinate the improvement work, and re-visit the building at one and three-year periods post inspection to quantitatively review the benefits of all installed improvements.
