At Healthy Buildings USA we specialize in sustainable (“green”) and healthy design, construction and consultation services. As a California licensed General Contractor, HBUSA will serve as the general contractor or construction manager for projects ranging from single family custom homes, production housing (single and multi-family), light commercial buildings, commercial offices, schools and wineries! As such it will prepare and update budgets and subcontractor bids, project schedules, and supervise and manage all aspects of construction from groundbreaking to start-up operation and Certificate of Occupancy. The Mission of Healthy Buildings USA is to create homes and places of work and learning which embody beauty, functionality, and timelessness, and which are healthy, conserve energy, and promote a sustainable environment. This is accomplished with a spirit of teamwork, creativity and innovation.
