He helped eliminate key issues in the design process and discovered great ways for us to incorporate passive design strategies into our little remodel and addition project. Joe also identified incentives and rebates that helped cover some first costs and gave us some great ideas for ways to eliminate costs by being creative with other materials. I really enjoyed working with Joe and would recommend his consultation services to anyone, including my own mother!
