In addition to her devotion to me as a client, she was always clear on ethical boundaries and always had the ability to spot possible issues that even buyers like me, who consider themselves to be experienced will miss. We settled on Santa Rosa as our retirement destination after some time spent with Cindy Brandon last September. She was very knowledgeable, well organized and tireless in her efforts to show us an overview of Santa Rosa real estate. We were most impressed at how well she had heard us regarding location, ambience and price range. There was no wasted time in our visit. The week before Christmas we returned again. We had stayed in constant communication with Cindy from Colorado, allowing us to have first hand knowledge of the housing market in Santa Rosa. Happily we found our home and were under contract during that visit. When we returned to Colorado we found that our home had sold and we needed to vacate in thirty days. Our new home in Santa Rosa had some home inspection issues that needed to be addressed before we could close escrow. All of this was handled with calm professionalism by Cindy. Our experience with Cindy Brandon has been very satisfying. The process was concluded to everyone’s satisfaction. Cindy’s tireless work ethic, in-depth expertise, and outstanding contacts in the financial and contractor communities had much to do with that conclusion. We whole-heartedly recommend her.

Cindy made everything as easy as possible, which was especially great because when we closed our baby was only two weeks old. Although it was a crazy time, Cindy helped make it a wonderful experience for all of us.
