We had solicited bids from 4 contractors, and chose CSE not only on price but on the principal's engineering and physics background. They walked the permit through the city, listened to my own suggestions and choices, and managed the rebate process. The system has been working great for over two years now. We monitor our performance on the web, and it actually works slightly better than projected by the rebate calculations, so we will be enjoying getting paid for the excess.
