After I found the condo that I wanted to buy, Leland found a pipe that was located behind a wall, which was leaking and causing a huge mold issue. He negotiated with the seller to make the necessary repairs before closing. I don't think that the average real estate agent would of found this problem so easily. Leland was very thorough in all the places that I was interested in, by really paying close attention to the homes overall health. Making sure that there was no asbestos, mold and knowing what type of insulation that were used. This was a huge asset when it came down to decide which place to buy especially if you have allergies like me. I would highly recommend and would use their services again in the future. -Brighton Ma.
