A non-toxic material (think eye-wash for newborns) that also acts as a great pest inhibitor. Thus, no termites or other bugs in the framing cavities and the potential for no pesticide use. There are a number of other attributes associated with the use of the material including almost double the sound-proofing. UltraTouch is also one of a few "cradle-to-cradle" products that is manufactured at a "zero-waste" facility.
