posted by: anonymous. smithfield, ut 2009-08-24 I paid a lot of money for this product, hoping it would be worth it. However, the slats are bent and are very uneven. The sun warps it to the point where it bows out and leaves less than desireable huge gaps between the slats. The rep and main company never return my calls and seem to think the bending is acceptable. People always ask me why my fence looks so warped the first summer I've had it in. Do not buy this product, you will be very dissapointed with the appearance and the customer service.
