Dog poops are best to be flushed down the toilet and degrade naturally , just as our own poops. Let's stop destroying our earth and start educating the public, one poop at a time. posted by: anonymous. encino, ca 2008-05-24 i have tried these kinds of bags...but i had deep concerns. especially about what the previous reviewer said about tossing the bag into the woods. even if the bag "might" biodegrade-which is questionable... what about the "dog droppings" inside that can make its way into storm water runoff and into our waterways. i use flushadoo-the flushable, water soluble, eco friendly dog bags. NON plastic-septic tank safe. non toxic ad dog waste gets treated the same way human waste does. the way it should. i want to keep plastic out of landfills...and dog poop out of our oceans, lakes and water systems. read about this amazing product at www.flushadoo.com i will never use anything else fo my pooch.
posted by: anonymous. 2007-06-13 We hang them by the garage door, grab them on the way out, use them and toss them in the woods, if nearby, knowing they will decompose. Fantastic! Too bad public parks don't have a supply....
