Milling custom wood flooring for three decades in Maine, we have close grained and colorful hardwoods and softwoods right in our backyard. Paul and Jula Sampson respect the forests for the wood it provides them to pursue their passion, the habitat it is for wildlife and the oxygen it produces. We use certified and locally harvested woods for our flooring products. Our solid wood planks are extremely durable and sold unfinished with no glues. In addition, we recycle any of our production waste and also offer wood recycling to our customers. Wood flooring is carbon neutral, uses less fossil fuels in production and it has the longest service life of all flooring options. By choosing wood flooring milled by the Sampson family, you have chosen a product that has minimal impact on the environment. Maine’s cold winters and foggy summers are ideal for slow timber growth.
