Pete holds real estate licenses in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and has been a Realtor for the past 3 years. He has recently added the Eco Broker designation to his credentials, bringing his client services to a new level. He has a strong working knowledge of both passive and active solar design theories, and can advise on environmental issues such the presence of mold, radon, and water and air quality. All of this can help clients to consider properties from a "green" energy-efficient perspective.
