I would like to build modular, and like the mkDesigns, which I see you have purchased in bankruptcy. No wonder they went bankrupt, their prices were ridiculous, worse-than-riduculous.

I am wondering if you intend to construct them at a cost equal to, or less than, conventonial site-built construction.

I believe there is a large and growing market for modular less expensive than site-built homes, and I have searched a great deal. What I find is basically two tiers–the absurd prices of modulars like mkDesigns, and the ones which look like mobile/manufactured homes. There are some priced more or less the same as site-built, but don’t seem to have simple contemporary design.

Sorry about the commentary, but I was hoping for something that exploits the cost advantage that modular does or should have.
