Yahoo Choo-Choo! Obama’s High Speed Rail Plan
We are tickled pink to learn about President Obama’s new high speed rail plan for America. What better way to cut traffic, reduce our global warming contribution, AND create jobs? Yahoo for this Choo Choo Plan, we say.
The President is committing $13 billion to fund his plan. He’ll be using $8 billion from the existing stimulus plan and plans to allocated $5 billion over the next five years.
The plan identifies 10 corridors for federal funding, including California, the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, the Southeast, the Gulf Coast, Pennsylvania, Florida, New York and New England. (For an illustrated map see this Wall Street Journal article.)

He wants to create jobs that pay people with my money to build something that won’t help me and will never be profitable… except to the execs who will draw billion dollar saleries (from my tax money) while building it. He wants to start in the areas hit the hardest by unemployment due to the treason of our borders not being protected. He wants to again treasonously support illegal immigrants with my money… treasonously give them busy work and medical care at my expense.
Japan tried building these trains and it sunk them further into a recession they still haven’t come out of. We can’t afford to waste any more of my tax money right now. I’m getting PISSED!
If Obama REALLY wanted to save the USA, why didn’t he cut taxes 100 billion or so instead of spending it? Why didn’t he begin to outlaw the treasonous business practices of American companies? Why won’t anyone defend our borders as required under the penalty of treason and preserve American jobs for American people?
